Hello my name is Alec Degnats a.k.a D.C Reed. Writer, musician, philosopher. Some call me a Renaissance Man, but I prefer to think of myself as a man of many masks. Someone trying to bring an honest voice back to a culture imbedded with deception and half truths.
I currently live in the South East with my Fiance Nicole and our spoiled pup Peabody. Before that I graduated Suma Cum Lade from the University of North Florida with degrees in Jazz Performance (concentration drum set) and philosophy.
As you may or may not know I am currently in the middle of a multitude of writing projects. My first two full length novels: Jumped and Trial are both being prepared for BETA readers and in a perfect world will be available in 2014.
Beyond this I am in the finishing up a big project involving my Lesson Not Learned series. I am also ghost writing with a intriguing man by the name of Vinny Hynes. And am in the middle of my web-novel satire: A Thirteen State Reunion.
